When is the average age to start growing facial hair?

I'm looking forward to it. I think it's the next stage that I have to go through because I've developed practically everything besides chest hair and facial hair.

i started getting it at 14 but everyone is diffrent

I started at 13. However, everyone is different and grows/develops at different rates.

peach fuzz at 14, didn't really have to shave until 15 though, and now it is pretty much full except for higher on the cheeks.

I'm 15 and have been shaving since I was fourteen.
I don't have great facial hair but my parents get annoyed when I have "fuzz". I only really need to shave as I recently started to develop sideburns.
