what do girls look for in a guy

I know before anyone says that this has been asked before but I was wondering: what do girls look for in a guy as being honest I'm short; in my own opinion as Ive never had the courage to ask anyone kinda ugly and skinny so I was wondering are girls more interested in looks or personality as not that many people seem to care that much about personality.

And second I was wondering as I'm short do girls care about someone's height?
