Samsung galaxy s2... Urgent help needed

Accidently wet my phone. Have dried it although when i turn it on it comes up with a red screen. Does anyone know what this means? Any help as to what i can do would be great...

I would probably take it back to where you got it from and see if they can fix it for you.

Take a picture, also hope it didn't trip the water sensor. Otherwise your warranty might be out the door.

Thanks for the help but all is good. Just put my phone in a container of rice overnight.

Also take the battery out and see if you have any silica gel packages laying around. They come with most products and absorb moisture.
