How quick does pre cum come out and also like dos it happen during jerking off??

Pre-cum can come out at different rates depending on how horny or aroused you are. If you are more aroused, you will get precum quicker.

Personally, I get a lot of precum while im jerking, but i happen to know that not all guys do get precum, and some do, but dont release much during masturbation.
