You cant officialy but i have heard about people who get devices that can stretch your penis, making it kind of iuncut. I am not sure how you do it, but i think it is calles forkin restoration.

It is in fact possible. There has been a recent wave of "restoration devices" designed to stretch skin forward over the glans. One popular device I've heard of is the DTR. I might try it out myself.

There have been cases of transferring foreskin from one man to another...

There's nothing natural about being circumcised.

I remember when I was so 'hung up' (pun not intended) on foreskin restoration. According to my memory and knowledge, there are supposed to be methods of 'regrowing' your foreskin.

There were pills, which I guess would be fake, devices, that apparently had some success, and then there were stretching exercises, which is pretty much the same as the devices.

According to articles I read, when you get circumcised they don't cut off all of your foreskin, leaving you with an exposed glans(?) Lol. So with the wonders of mitosis, you can (apparently) regrow your cut foreskin.

Hope this helped.
