physical exam?

what is a physical exam? i've never had one, and i don't know anyone that has.. what happens in one? what sort of things do you and doctor do?

basically its nothing but the doctor checks your blood preasure and asks a bunch of questions.

The doctor checks you I've to make sure everything is normal and okay.

Yea they usually just check your basic health and can focus on particular points if you've got a family history.... Like high blood pressure or whatever, I'm kinda nervous for mine in a month but idk why lol
