The doctor doesn't really push his finger into your balls to make you cough. He puts his fingers on where he can feel them and asks you to cough. That way they can see if the testicles go up or not. If not theres a problem.

When we say cut or uncut we are talking about circumcision. And...... The doctor doesn't "push his finger in" our balls. They gently grab them, well, at least, a good, non- evil doctor does. A good doctor doesn't squeeze hard enough to make it hurt.

Here, let me help because none of these noobs know what they are talking about....

Cut = has no foreskin

Uncut = they have foreskin

And no, they are not shoving their fingers, the reason they are up there is it is actually behind the scrotum, they plea two fingers there and have you cough. The cough causes the diaphragm to jump, causing the intestines to move, they are checking for inguinal hernias (The intestines braking through the muscle and defending into the scrotum.) When they feel the balls it is to check for any abnormalities....

Cut means that you have no foreskin on your penis anymore

Uncut means that the foreskin is still there.

And like the others have said the doctor doesn't actually do what you described, and since the above poster talked about what they actually do in detail, I have no need to cover what actually happens.

Well, I guess the question is answered, but yes, cut/uncut refers to circumcision and the whole ball thing is either hernias (generally a little above the actual testes) or checking for scrotal anomalies (along the scrotal sac).

not entirely true, A hernia refers to a bulging of tissue into an area where it normally wouldn't be. There are different types: umbilical, inguinal, and hiatal are just a few.
