The videos and podcasts I cannot help you with but the other things, I can....

I want you to look in the mirror each morning and say "I am worth something, I will make something of myself, I am important."

When you go to bed say it again but say "Today I did something, today I made something of myself and today I felt important."

You need to realize that everyone is worth something an that you will do something important with your life....take some deep breathes.

There really isn't that much you can do, unless it happens naturally.

Hence why your rep is the way it is, this is a technique called positive psychological reinforcement and it does work well....why would psychologist use this technique if it did not?

ive realised that you have to look positive about the things you have...like lets say you play soccer and you miss a goal...dont think ''oh shit i missed one'' rather say ''okay i missed one...but next time it get it just like all the others i got'' just think in another way to things...instead of worrying about the one thing you did wrong and focus on the many things you did right...i found that being big headed for a while works...believe you are the best in the world at what you do! you are your own person and be proud...think about yourself...bragg about yourself! YOU HAVE JUST AS MUCH TALENTS AS THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU!!! you have to tske risks...there is nothing you can lose! just go out there and tell yourself ''shit jason im the fucking best at what im doing'' get cocky about yourself for a while and you will see...much more people want to be with and around you...i had a lack of confidence and i told myself im the best at what i do....and it worked! confidence is a very importand factor in life...just think positive :) hope i helped :)

Okay so this may sound a little silly but you could make a list of what your going to do for the day. It can be little things like wake up at this time, brush teeth, read that book you never got around to reading, hang out with friends, watch favorite movie, try to be nice to whoever ,eat lunch at this time, cook something amazing at that time etc. Basically just a list of what you want to or are going to do for the day then you just check off each thing you accomplish. I never really tried it yet but people apparently say it works. :)
