i like this girl but my best friend is dating her sister and doesnt want me to date her what do i do

i dont see any reason why your BEST FRIEND doesn't want you to date his girlfriend's , it'd be awesome if to best friends date sisters :) . I think that you should talk to him , tell him how you feel about the girl and get to know why he doesnt want you to date his girlfriend's sister .

That's silly, your friend should mind their business. It shouldn't be any concern of their's if you want to date her sister. I can see why, perhaps they think it would make things awkward in the future, but honestly they are overstepping their boundaries.
