Well me and my bro are debating as he has completed the game and i have not, But we are saying on Skyrim that there is less Dragons once you complete it, I think there is still the same amount but less of a slower sporn rate where as he thinks there are less and once their all gone their gone or the rare dragon pops up every now and then.
So do dragons stop spawning once you complete the game or not?

i have not yet finished the game but i do not think he is right. the dragons are not scripted. very little are set to show up at a specific place.
when im playing some times i go days without finding one and others i get like 5 or 6 dragons. i guess hes just not at the right place at the right time. and he hasnt actually completed the game has he? only the main quests right?
theres over a hundred hours of quests to be done

There are actually more dragons once the game is completed! Bethesda did confirm this, and I've beat the game 2 times,(working on my 3rd;)) and I've noticed an increased amount of dragons after main quests are completed.

It kinda has a good relastic spawn time and can vary greatly.

Like today I played for an hour and I got 1 dragon attack but yesterday I played for 2 hours and got 3 dragons in the first hour of playing and in the second I got 1 so it varies, also this could just be me, but visiting new places or places you do not often visit seem to triger dragon attack but this could just be me.

What do you guys think of this.

Dragons are randomly spawned(location), just when the games finished it automatically bumps up the amount spawned.
