Let's talk make up? :)

Ok I know I'm a guy, but I've got a thing for make up. I've gotten pretty good at it too!

Anyways, what are your favorite brands, styles, etc.. Do you wear any at alll or do you go without it? What looks are you into? What is your opinion on it in general?

I'll start of by sharing my collection:

Let me break this down.

I stick to certain brands for certain things:

Eyes:
3 Mascara wands, I prefer covergirl and revlon
1 stick black eye liner (cover girl)
2 liquid eye liners (cover girl)
4 assorted eye liner colors (all cover girl)
- grey
- white
- blue
- green
4 assorted eye shadow palets (revlon)

Foundation: I prefer cover girl and loreal
2 cover girl true blends
2 Loreal
1 Loreal revitalift
1 loreal true shade
1 Loreal visilift eye concealer
3 Maybelline concealers
- green for redness coverage
- white for complete cover
- beige for even tone

Powder:
2 loreal paris
1 Cover girl
- both are pressed powders as I prefer
1 maybelline blush
1 cover girl blush

I've just recently picked up some Perfecting base by loreal studio secrets and can't wait to try it :)

I own more brushes than I can list... The awesome thing about all of this is I never spent more than 4 dollars on a single item with the exception of 1 mascara and the perfecting base!

I began wearing make-up when I was 13 years old, and in 8th grade. Since then, I never leave the house without it. Back then, my older sister had bought me my very first black eye liner pencil.
Brand: NYC
Since then I've started being able to wear my make-up ten times better, and ten times thicker. I only use Mary Kay eye shadow and Mary Kay base/concealer/foundation. They're the only colors that go on naturally, and look good.
I only use the Hot Topic store brand black eye liner.
And NYC liquid black eye liner.

Mary Kay definitely works pretty well :) Especially their eye make up as it tends to last the longest.

I've not tried anything by NYC as I wasn't ever too impressed with the products they offer, but I may have to look into it :)

i only wear eyeliner and mascara because i love what it does to my eyes

my eyeler is covergirl
and my mascara is lash blast

I wear eyeliner, shadow, and mascara. That's it. I have a huge shadow pallet from ulta, and I match it to what I'm wearing, and I usually use some kind of pencil liner (I like mac). I like CoverGirl Great Lash mascara, with the big brush. But I like Sephora mascara as well.
