So what I mean is...
So when you have a food butt, I know you can move both butt cheeks, if you have good pecs can you move them both too? If so how?

I workout a fair bit and I can move my pecs by tensing them if that's what you mean

I can also move my pecs and i workout, but i dont think it works like that

i'm not sure what op means. i think everyone can flex just one or both pecs.

Flexing the muscles has to do with the contraction of the Pectoralis Major (The chest muscles) and the Gluteus Maximus (The butt muscle.) The contraction of these muscles is what gives the look of flexing. That and there is a huge difference between the pectorals and the gluteous. I mean, they are both made of the same striated columnar muscles but they move and function differently than one another.
