Wash it or just use the damp washcloth. It should come out relitively easy. Just make sure you be careful of the stains.

hmmmm... well heres a question, do you own a washing machine? that might help. when my clothes and sheets get that good old protein stain, then i always throw them into my magical LG washing machine and give it a whirl, and it comes out brand new! WOW!
