Essentially yes it is true.
Sperm produce at an optimum temperature, which is regulated by the balls moving closer to or further from our bodies.
If they get too 'hot' as it were, the sperm count would lower. That being said, just because you wear briefs doesn't mean that you will have no sperm let by the time you're 40 or whatever! (if that was the case, briefs wouldn't exist as they could be deemed a health issue!)
I personally prefer boxers- I just hate the feeli g of being a tightly scrunched up down there.

From what I have read, yes. But I dont know for certain. And besides it's just underwear. Wear what makes you comfortable. It's not like all your sperm is just going to deplete because of what you wear.

It's true but to a certain point. wearing tight undergarments can lower sperm count but it depends on how tight those undergarments are. For me I wear skinny jeans and I always make sure that everything breathing down there. Though before I buy my jeans I test how tight they are by doing a full split. If I cant get to the ground they are too tight.

Basically heat would lower sperm count, but its not gonna be too drastic unless it's something really tight. Probably fine

I'm fairly certain that it's a myth, along with skinny jeans. Either way its all going to be touching your thighs and what not, the temperature isn't changed really.

I think that it only really applies if you are wearing briefs that are way to tight, but typical briefs shouldn't have much of an effect.

I haven't heard that but I've heard that wearing boxers makes your penis larger because it gives you more room to grow. Even more so with going commando compared to briefs which restrict your penis growth due to its tight fit.

Yep, this is true. tight underwear or pants cause you're balls to overheat and less sperm to be produced.

Ive only heard that from the movie Juno but I never knew if it was true. Haha :)
