Eye twitch?

The title say it all :P, when I get stressed, something under my lower eyelid starts to pulse and twitch. It's stress related I know, but I just wondered what causes it and what it is that's twitching?

It could be a muscle spasm of the orbicularis oculi muscle....the muscle that controls your eyelids, just a spasm, try drinking less caffeine, spending time in front of your computer, things like that....

Yeah try too cut down, and lay off the energy drinks unless you want a heart attack at age 30. I would worry about tea too much, it can actually help, but the Red Bulls try to only have one a day :yes:
