I am 16 and have never had a physical and im thinking about getting one but i wud rly like to know what to b prepared for like how long does it usually last. what are the normal things they do. what techniques are there not to get a boner . what do they do with ur genitals\anis. what afre the normal this they check for . and what are the normal things they ask\ do (like breating blood presser ect) any help at all wud b nice

For me you will take your shirt off and they will feel your back and stuff, and the penis part is just them feeling your balls and making sure everything is okay. I get a boner almost everytime because i have this really hot young girl as my doctor but she just ignores it. I have never had anything up my butt. They also check my blood preure and i have gotten an eye and hearing exam. I have heard that some other physicals a different but that is about how it will go. Its no big deal just a check up.

As far as "body parts" go, for me they make me take my pants off, then they place two fingers on my balls and tell me to cough several times. Thats about it.

Basically like a normal checkup, put the cold stethoscope all over, look at your eyes, stuff like that. Only abnormal thing is that they make you undo your pants and they feel your sack and it's contents, then your good to go. Usually doesn't take any longer than the regular checkup. To not get a boner, just don't think about it. Or anything. If all else fails, think of that cold stethoscope or something really un-sexy. Be careful though, because un-sexy can turn into sexy really fast when Megan fox comes into your imagination, guns blazing, blasting away the un sexiness and then- I'll just stop now. Usually it's over before you have time to get hard.

Usually takes 15-20 minutes, generally involving stethoscope observation for the heart and major arteries, then weight, ear and eye exams an testicular exam. No big deal, you'll breeze through it.

It's really not that bad. For me, they check my heart, ears, throat, weight, height, and testicular. Never got a boner, probably because i have a 70 year old guy as my doctor. You should have one though.

Anyway, They do the usual: Ears, eyes, weight, height. Then they tell you to 'drop your shorts' he gently grabs the testicles, tells you to cough. Mine didnt touch my anus. As for not getting a boner, think of something else that wouldnt make you hard.

Like the other said, the doc will just use a stethoscope and check the usual (eyes, ears, blood pressure, etc). He or she will ask you to drop your pants and then your testicles will be checked for development or abnormalities (some guys don't do self exams for testicular cancer, so the doctor might feel for lumps, for example). This only takes about a minute or two, you might be asked to cough, nothing too bad.

If you do get a boner, don't worry. They've seen worse and much more terrible things. If anything, it's a good sign that you're developing properly.

it is just like a normal checkup- hieght,weight,blood pressure, test relfexes, the only difference is that the doctor will ask your parent to leave the room and he will say drop your pants and then he will grab you ball and say turn your head and couph, thats about it
