You can't force a wet dream. Usually, people who don't masturbate often, haven't learned to masturbate, just don't masturbate get wet dreams, because:
1) they haven't learned how to control your orgasms and
2) they have cum saved up and your body will rid itself of it

Wet dreams happen while you're asleep and basically you cum w/o you knowing it until you wake up or you happen to feel it and wake up.
