My guess on the stomach things is that it is due to an alteration in blood flow. Some people get a sex flush where some of their skin turns darker or redder from shortly before orgasm to slightly after. This is due to more blood flowing close to the skin and, if it is there it is not deeper inside supporting the digestive system. You can get the same effect from exercising too soon after a meal.
