Even though i'm 13 i noticed i was growing a mustace 3 months ago now i can definitaly feel it but yet it isn't visivle about 3 weeks ago i started being able to feel side-burns growing along the ridge of my chin near my ears and end where they line up to the sides of my mouth. Am i too young for this to happen?

Yupp that's completely normal.. It won't get easily seen though for a year, and everytime you shave it comes back thicker and somewhat faster it seems, so I'd say shave once a week or so
