If it was an intense orgasm, you probably put alot of energy into it and worked your penis too hard. This could make it sore. Also if you used any lines this might be the case for the stinging of the penis head if the line was not meant for such use.

How tight is the skin on ur shaft? If you don't have a lot of loose skin to slide up and down, u may want to try using some lotion or something as lube. U might have given urself a friction burn.
