Are you wanting a debate or to explain why you are feeling this way? I will try and do a bit in the middle.

"why live if i die anyway". Are you a religious person? By the sounds of it your not so i will go on that basis. Live your life hapily. Yes everyone dies eventually but the important thing is you have a lot of time to live your life. DO what makes you happy. The meaning of life is a hard thing to define. But in my view its about making your mark on the world and not slumping into the background. Make sure that you are making the most of what is literally a once in a lifetime thing. Your life. Take risks (but not ones that could end your life).
To be honest however bad this day and age may seem its a good time. We will all be dead before global warming really fucks us up and we should be grateful for that.
If you cant sleep at night because of this then i suggest seeing a phyciatrist. Or talking to someone you love and trust. And in the meantime thing about other things. Try to pick up a hobby to take your mind off things. And try to be positive.
