Are guys expose to have hips when they are 13? When will I become skinny? When will I get muscles? When will my voice change? When will, pubic, facial, and armpit hair grow? When will my penis get bigger? When will my testicles get bigger? And finally, when will I act more manly?

Hey man.
All of these questions vary between people. Some are affected by your genetics (aka your body size). There's no guarantee you'll be skinny - but most people tend to lean down between 12-16 (I was a bit early on that).

Your body naturally has a good number of muscles (forgot exactly how many). How pronounced they are depends on your genetics, diet and training. I wouldn't (and neither would many) recommend starting weight training until you reach around 15 years or see yourself at least halfway into puberty. If you're talking about abs, they come through controlling your diet to be rich in protein and low in excessive fat, and maintaining at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular training (running/biking/swimming etc etc) a day, or at least 3-4 times a week.

Your voice will break soon if it hasn't already. For me, the earliest signs were a lost of voice for a couple of days at a time, and when I finally regained it, it cracked a lot. Within a week though, I went from a little kid to a young guy. No guarantee exactly when it'll happen but start expecting it! Same can be had of pubic, afcial and pit hair. Expcet facial to come last like it did for myself & many others out there.

Penis growth is consistent. It's been growing since you were born :D These are questions you ask God, cuz we don't have a clue. All we can tell you is you are in the time where you should expect all these, and we're all here to help you along the way if you need it :)

all this stuff dosnt happen on certain dates. it all depends on your genes, I first got pubic hair then my voice depended then my dick just shot up couple inches then i got pit hair last but every1 is different

Yes, youre only 13, and everyone is different and grows at different rates. Dont worry.
