I'm sure everyone who says they wish for this would happen to them only mean it jokingly. And I assume that, given the opportunity, they would make sure they'd be comfortable enough to allow someone to take their genitals by hand; the option is their's of course.
One of the problems of Reilly's (darthreilly94) argument is that some people yield some, if not most or all, of their privacy in the company of people they know and trust. My point being that this might not come to everyone's surprise. However, I would agree that there are personal boundaries that should not be crossed, especially if that boundary is bellow your waist.
Joseph I would personally suggest that you talk it over with your friend. I'm not sure what relationship you have with him but whether you are close friends of not, this, I believe, is something he should't have surprised you with. You never know, he could just be curious (Bi or gay) and willing to take advantage of you because he knows he can. But if you feel that it was worse make sure to talk about it with an adult or an authoritative figure. I hope you can resolve this peacefully and maintain your friendship; whatever's best for you.
