my girlfriends brother is only 13......hes at the point where him and his "friends" smoke weed almost everyday...he just did today to the point where he passed out for a few hours. One of his friends even started to touch my girlfriend. Should my girlfriend tell her mom(i know he'll get in MAJOR trouble, but he needs help right?) what do you think she should do?
