I wouldn't suggest taking the quickest route possible. It's a hit-or-miss and sometimes you make your body more responsive to gaining weight once you stop your routine...

All I'd suggest is cram up on proteins since they fill you up and take longer to break down (meaning you eat less) and start or intensify a cardio workout program. It'll take longer than subjecting your body to a hell lot of shit but you wanna be losing the right weight :)

it's quite simple in theory, eat less calories than you burn.
all this carb cutting is nonsense, you'll be tired, easy angered and as soon as you start eating them again your body will hang onto them in the form of fat.

what i suggest is, to find out the amount of calories you eat to maintain your current weight, for me it's around 6000-8000 depeneding on the training day.
so say i wanted to drop down a weight class or go lean for summer (which i don't haha) i would eat around 5500 calories, but of course everyone knows you have to combine diet with excercise to loose weight.

With this diet in mind, you want to do HIIT, or high intensity interval training, which comprises of sprints followed by a walking recovery and repeat. this could also be, instead of doing a 30 minute run at 12km/h, you do 2 15 minutes runs at 14km/h.
make sense?
i've probably missed something, obviously a healthy diet goes without saying.

Keeping fit is a great way. If you don't like lifting, try to run a few times a week. After a while, add more distance to your runs, etc.

Completely disagree with the first part. When I cut out carbs (which means breads, legumes, dairy, ect.) I did feel shitty for the first week. After that, without even beginning to exercise, I felt more energized than I had in a long time. It was only after I started eating them again when I felt like shit.
By eliminating carbs from my diet (minus carbs from vegetables and occasionally fruit) and adding more fat to my diet (from meat, healthy oils, fish, ect) and eating more vegetables, I lost about 5 pounds in two weeks without exercise.
OP, you need to get your diet in order before anything else. I really don't recommend counting anything honestly or eating x amount of meals a day. If you're hungry, eat. If you're not, don't. Also, instead of losing weight being your focus, make being healthy your concern. Weight loss doesn't mean shit if you don't feel good.

I would just consider watching what you eat.

watch what you eat is sooooo important its crazy. eat NO carbs. eat salads and lean meats like ham and turkey. run in the mornings and do situps/pullups/pushups. it wont be overnight, but in a few days or weeks you will see improvement.

Weight Loss totally depends upon ourselves only. We always take healthy food with good nutrients and proteins, otherwise our body didn't bear anything. But we should take required food for our body and daily do exercises. Mostly of the people should take sufficient food and do exercise continuously.

Weight loss is need for health when store more than fat and stomach in human body. Exercise make better effects on its and burn fast to fat and stomach. Weight loss is not getting succeed from exercise but it need diet too which make control on fat, stomach and cholesterol.

Oh i am an expert! Make sure your taking a multi-vitamin. Ok to fastly shed water weight/ jump start have salads for 2 meals a day and for the 3rd meal use a blender and have berries and flax seed and fruit and healthy things. If you want a snack just have a spoonful of peanut butter.

After that week/ 2 weeks start to have a salad everyday forever for at least one meal becasue salads that are dry (no dressing) have actually negative calories because they take more to burn than how much calories they actually have.

This is super extreem but worked for me and i lost 16 lbs. and make sure to excersize also and NEVER NEVER NEVER think you have had a good day and eat somthing that is bad for you.

Tips:
1) all salids, no dressing
2) Never drink calories. Water only or diet green tea
3) Dont eat any sugar and that weight will go so fast

Go into a calorie deficit and workout with a mixture or cardio and weight training. Doing that is probably the best and safest way to actually lose weight and keep it off.
