Well, I've had two girlfriends. one girl had someone ask me out, the other Just Asked me out while we we're out relaxing at the swings during J+ and i said yes to both, the first girl moved away at the end of the year, the other asked me out the next year buti ended up un-expectedly moving away. But then in the next school there was one girl i had my eye on. And We ended up doing square dancing during Gym. and she laughed alot during that while she didn't with other guys. Could this mean She likes me or was she just in a Laughing mood?

Also How do you get Get guys out there Girlfriends? I usually just go with the flow.

just start talkin to her more and get to know her and build up the relationship and see where things go from there :)

Start being nice and friendly towards her, try making her smile and for her to like your company. Become her friend, LEARN SOME THINGS ABOUT HER. I hate how people just go out because they think it will make them cool or because they think the person is hot. Learn about her, learn her personality, likes and dislikes, ect. Just make sure you don't stay a friend for too long or she will forever keep you that way. After you learn about her some more, just start flirting bit by bit until she starts flirting back, and then just ask her out (ask her to go somewhere nice, don't say McDonald's >_>).

Although seeing as how you are 13, I don't really think "dating" is worth your time. No one at that age can take anything seriously, nor can most comprehend what dating actually should be.
