So how do you make a good lemon chicken, please ony for people who know how to cook :)

Also. I love sushi. And I'm wondering how many calories my average trip is. So here's what I usually eat

15-18 orders of actual fish on top of rice :D ( 2 pieces an order) so anywhere from 30-36 individual pieces)
2 spicy tuna rolls (with tuna on top and a yummy sauce that's like soy sauce but different)
1 California hand roll
1 rainbow roll (California roll with assorted fish)
2-3 cups of lemonade!!! :)

Ans that's it.
I've heard different stuff. From one side I heard its not a lot cause of the fish, while on the other I hear it's a whole lot with the rice. I'm confused!

And yes it's very expensive the whole trip is about $291.00! :( wish it was more like $3.00 ;)

$291 for Japanese? That's flippin' through the roof!
I'm not sure about the calories, for meals like that I give s#itall and just enjoy.
One thing I CAN tell you, for $18 for lunch today..
12 pieces of raw salmon
3 pieces each of salmon & tuna nigiri
8 pieces (slices) of assorted maki
Grilled eel
Grilled snapper
1 California hand roll
Garlic fried rice
Miso
Japanese moshi
And quite a bit more. $291? Heck. That's ridiculous!

I admire japanese food for its simplicity and nutrition - don't think you'd go wrong on that.

You can't just tell the calories based on what you've told us you've eaten. It depends what they've used to make it, how they've cooked it and so on. Its like supermarkets, you could buy a tin of fish but it might be different in different supermarkets if they're different brands. Its probably worth more just going to the restaurant and asking how many calories is in each thing and total it up.
