Hello everyone. I have a New Year's Resolution to save a life. So please, if you have any thoughts of dying or suicide from depression, contact me. In the past, I have successfully stopped multiple people from killing themselves from bullying, depression, and self-hatred issues. Together, me and you can successfully guide your way into a new lifestyle that will make you and your loved ones happy. There is a reason that you are living and this world, and even though I may not know you, I don't want you kill yourself because you have meaning to me and everyone around you. I do see the sense in your wishes to help people to not commit suicide, but remember that you need to look after yourself too. From personal experience, as well as seeing it happen many times over, it is very important to look after your own needs and to be in the best possible state of mind in order to help others.

In other words, don't overdo helping others and neglecting yourself because the feelings of happiness etc that you get from helping others won't matter if you are unhappy in yourself.
