What can you eat and do to lose weight or fat but gain MUSCLE???

Eat:
Limit processed shit.
Increase "natural" shit like veges, meat, eggs, fish, nuts, fruit, ect.
Stop eating sugar....it's shit.

Do:
Exercise. Walk, jog, squat, plank, push-up, pull-up, gym, ect.

Of course, the toughest part would be to stay motivated. Once you got that down, the rest will be easy.

Thanks for me I think its protion control and I HATE push up but i just need to get mentally prepared i guess
