Alright, I've noticed one thing. In the United States the repercussions for drunk driving are nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Accidents from people driving under the influence cause deaths every day as we all know.
What do you believe the repercussions for driving under the influence SHOULD be? This is to stop people from doing so, and maybe stop and think, is it worth it to risk someone's life?
In my opinion they should raise the charge to "Attempted negligent homicide".
