You could play truth or dare, that's a common way. You could be like "I dare you to tell me the most painful experience you've had with your penis" (I.e. he was punched or kicked rly hard) and ask him if he would let you see it. Or if he had something odd on it. Maybe he has a birthmark or freckle and ask to see if and just say that ur not queer.
If that doesn't work, maybe watch porn together.
