Ok so I've been doing sit-ups every day, and trying to get a six pack. I only started 4 days ago, and I already see an outline of a six pack. Before, you couldn't see anything. Is it normal to see results that fast? And if that keeps up, how long do you think it'll take me to get a full six pack?
