so for christmas i got a tub of protein powder and ve got som questions. ive done research online but its mixed, some say take it once a day and others say before and after a workout. also does the protein powder increase my muscle mass?

I've never seen anyone say to take it before a workout, only after.
And it will increase your muscle mass....if you exercise before taking it. :P

i take after a workout thats when it works best to increse muscle mass

i barely take protein powder, only if I don't have time to consume real food. thers no point of taking protein powder if your diet isn't on point. btw u also need CL post workout
