To an extent, for a stereotype to originate there has to be a majority for the generalization to be made, so I would say that generally yes they would be.
Would it be the case always though?
Definitely not, there's no reason why an Asian or Caucasian can't have a larger size, there are just less people in the nationalities that do.

than you i think that asian have littler penis's because they live in tropcal climate noe much protiens in early evolution so they evolved that way caucasian and african differnces down stair might just be myths or a generalisation as you siad wakeseeker i think your right

No its just genetics but, statics say Africans/African-Americans and latinos Have larger dick because in Africa the climate it very hot so they didnt wear underwear they just let it hang, and caucasions and asians live in a cold or very cold and wore underwear so it didnt hang,...but thats just what people say..I believe it ..it makes sense to me why blacks and latinos hae larger dick than whites or asians

Every race and ethnicity has its big ones and little ones. I've seen black guys with 4 inchers and Asians with 9 inchers. I have as of this date only talked and dated with whites and latinos. They wre all good sizes but latinos were exceptionally larger

statistically speaking, those stereotypes hold some weight, but it is an average filled with exceptions. try not to limit your preconcieved notions about penis size based on ethnicity, because it really just depends on the guy, not the history

I have always thought it is because of culture.
Africans lived in hotter climates, and their culture was very open, and women were allowed to see the men's dicks before they mated, so the men with larger dicks were considered more attractive and evolution took over.

In Europe, this happened to a smaller extent. Women wouldn't see the dicks until they were in a relationship, although dick size still had an effect. So, evolution had a smaller effect.

In Asian cultures, marriage has always been considered very sacred, and sexual relationships outside of that were rare, and marriage was basically binding. So, regardless of penis size, all men had basically the same amount of offpsring, so larger penis sizes didn't develop.

I've seen a lot of Asian and Latino penis, and they are both big. Surprisingly, it seems white guys tend to be more grow'ers while Asians and Latinos (at least the one's I've seen) were mostly show'ers.
