I would imagine that there's no direct correlation and that your stomach was only making noises by pure coincidence. If it really does start to become an obvious link then I'd suggest not masturbating anally and/or going to the doctors to get that checked out.

Not many people orgasm solely because of the anal masturbation. Stimulating the prostate and even just the sensation around that area creates a significantly better feeling that turns some people on a lot more than others.

Try using jumbo sharpies. You can pick up some at a normal stores and such and its a damn good excuse because you just say you need them for school.
