So I'm wanting to look different by the time school starts. To do this Im wanting to lose 10 lb. of pure fat, I already know 3500 calories equal 1 pound of fat. So what's a meal plan I can have that will cut down on calories (maybe a 500 calorie deficit) I know I burn around 2000-2100 calories a day (by just living). I have a condition which makes my lungs work much harder than anyone else so they burn a lot more calories. I need a complete diet plan that will help achieve this, while help me not lose much muscle. I'm willing to lose a bit of muscle, but I'm not wanting to lose to much. I will also do this combined with cardio. So I'll be walking/running 8 miles per hour for about 15 minutes and 4 miles per hour for another 15 minutes. How many calories would I burn from that?
I will also be going to sushi and I'm wondering how much calories is going to sushi? I usually have 16 orders of sushi (the one with just rice and fish I top) and I will usually have about 4-5 rolls. How many calories is all that? I know that's a lot of sushi! I love is though :D

Summary. :confused::confused::confused:

It all depends on how big you are now, I walk at the park when the scale gets uncomfortable to look at

5lbs is actually a lot when ur talking about pure fat, since fat weights less than muscle so ut should make a noticable difference. Like dude before me said it also depends on ur current weight and bodyfat%. Good diet is a foundation to loosing weight, u have to watch what you eat ( protein to fat to carbs ratio). Im not talikng about eating junk food to fill up your calorie requirements but eating HEALTHY. Good luck

Thats a lot you asked there. 5lbs would make a noticable difference since fat is lighter than muscle. Itvdepends on how big you are right now though.
Cardio is best for burning fat when done at a constant pace, 30 min is good but it all depends on your current fitness level. Steady pace thats gonna keep ur heart rate up but not so fast that youre gonna be gasping for air when running.
Diet is another thing, combined with exercise you will loose fat but to prevent loosin muscle you have to make sure ur gettin enough protein. There is no miracle diet, u just have to eat healthy and in right proportions.
Good luck

Um, you should dedicate more time to exercise than just 30 minutes. Try two hours at least each day and you will get there.
