bumps on the back of penis where it meets scrotum

I have small little bumps d spread around the bottom of my penis. It is right before my penis and scrotum meet its a smooth area
Should I be worried please help

I'm not really sure what it would be from, but i mean, if they're not like red, painful, or itchy, they shouldn't be anything bad. Still, you might want to ask your doctor during your next visit.

TheCanuck is probably right on: hair follicles. If you experience anything out of the ordinary with these bumps, like pain or discharge from them then I would go see your primary physician.

I think they are skin tags from your boxers. I have them too but imnnot worried.
BTW you get skin tags from clothes rubbing on your skin.

They might be hair folicles. Hair folicles are visible when hair is easilly parted.

ive seen a doctor i had them its either oils building up in your skin or hair follicles both of which are harmless and will probably die down and go sometimes they dont but they dont cause any harm just arent pretty

Yea I've had them for a long time I think its like what bignick said they're either oil building up or hair follicles..

they are probably bumps where hair is going to grow, but if they are red or itchy see a doctor.
