I know this sounds really dumb. But the only way I can have my abs show is if I fully breathe out and I don't breathe back in. So if I were flex while breathing they wouldn't show, but if I breathe fully out and not breathe back in, they show very nicey. Why is this and is this normal?
When I breathe and flex about 3 inches up from my belly button I feel like theirs a bubble of air. But whn I breathe fully out and flex (without breathing) I feel my abs where that air bubble is. Its not like a literal bubble, it just feels like theirs air.
So of course when I want my abs to fully show I can only do it for like 5 seconds, then I have to breathe or something, but when I have to breathe I try to bend down or try to cover my stomach up, then I uncover when I know I can show my abs. This is like a lot of extra hard work. Do any of you experience this? Is this caused by bloating? What is this and why do I do this and is this normal?
It's like I finally get descent abs, and something is in my way for me to conquer. P.S. I have a condition which causes me to bloat more often than anyone else. And I don't know what stops bloating. So ya!
Thanks for the answers! Please try to answer, or at least give an opinion of what you think is going on (if you aren't sure).
