I know theirs a phase in puberty when one becomes more muscular and loses weight rapidly, the only thing is with me I feel like I'm unsure if it's happened.
Because about 5 months ago, I had barely visible abs (you could barely see the outline), 4 months ago is when I started doing a workout program and I saw that I had actually gained weight. My abs become even more visible and my muscles grew. I quit that workout program and restarted it 1-2 weeks after I had quit. So could it have been a coincidence that the phase for becoming more muscular and lean happened while I did the workout program?

One of the latter stages is the leaning up, and continues untill the end,

Guys don't just become more muscular and lose weight rapidly magically. You have to work out for that to hapen.

Yep, I'm getting lean as well. but my muscles aren't developing as fast as that though. I can see my abs though. but i have gone from 100 lbs down to 95 Lbs. I'm guessing that i'm in that stage where my bosy starts to develop Bigger muscles but now I noticed that i am gaining weight again. :)
