My penis is 1.5 inches hard i'm 13. My brother is 19 and his is 2 inches hard. My other brother is 16 and hasn't ever gotten an erection so his is always about 1. and the last brother had a 3 inch hard and he is 17..... does this relate to genes

a boys penis dosent usualy start to grow till 12-14
granted his is smaller than most
but like i said hes 13
which means he has ATLEAST 8-9yrs of grow time left
hes fine
