As far as posting goes, when you're on the thread you want to post, you can click 'post a reply' at the top of the page, or go to the bottom and type in a quick reply (which is what i'm doing now). If you want to start a new thread, when you're in a section, just click 'start a new thread' at the top of the section, and then type away. Good luck!
