So I have a condition that causes malnutrition. And I literally have the bones of a 40 year old (not clinically proven though, but I think I do). When I'm running my bones hurt, and I always have a small fear of breaking a bone.
What can I do to strengthen my bones and how long will it take to have above average bone growth and strength? What foods do I eat?

i dont know how long it can take but research some foods that have calcium and protein in them i recommened eating salad steak any kind of meat bread and drink milk just make sure your getting viatamens and that you eat a lot of different food from the food pyramid

Eat a lot of steak, and other meats. Also, take a lot of Vitamin D and Calcium supplements if you want to strengthen your bones. Hope I helped.

i eat a ton of meat, drink a ton of milk and eat calcium supplements. my left shoulder joint hurts when i run
