View Full Version : Eating only salad and tuna for 4 days with exercise?

Is this a healthy plan? I'll be eating about every 3 hours. But I will not eat 3 hours before I go to bed. I will also be working out every other day. How many calories will I burn? I will have the canned tuna about 2-3 cans a day. I will eat a small handful of mixed greens with half a can of tuna every three hours.

The grains will give you a lot of energy. You should use those.

Meh. I'm against the food pyramid due to the grains in it. I stopped eating grains a month or two ago and lost weight with minimal exercise and feel a whole lot more energized. Personally, I really don't believe you need them to be healthy.
OP, why eat only tuna? There are plenty of meats, fish, even eggs you can eat with a salad. Why limit is so badly for so long?
