Yes, that's true. Foreskin length varies for everyone, some have long foreskins and some have short ones.

It's true, I have medium I guess, cover head when flaccid but will generally stay rolled back hard, while my friend had loads and his hard penis was covered still (that's what my mouth thought atleast) and and another friend had nothing there no movement, (according to my mouth), interestingly the first guys penis is the smallest mine is bigger and the other guy is bigger still, so maybe we have same length skin but different penis lengths is all that matters, what u guys think?

yeah, it does vary...I used to have a lot but I know my cousin hardly has any. Even flaccid it only covers about 1/2 his head.

I am an uncut and I think I have a big foreskin. It covers me when I am soft and hard. I can't stretch it back whenI am hard. I have seen my brother his barely covers the head. I think I have extra foreskin lol.
