Stomach discomfort spreading into my chest

When I stand still or walk I get a weird discomfort in my stomach that spreads into my chest. Sometimes I also get a weird sour taste in my mouth too.

Does this happen after eating specific foods? Does this occur when you are in certain positions other than standing and walking? The most probable reason for the stomach discomfort and sour taste would be from indigestion, acid reflux, or heart burn. Basically meaning that this discomfort is being caused by the agitation of the lining(s) of the esophagus and stomach due to its exposure to stomach acid.

Try taking tums when you start feeling this and hydrate yourself to wash that acid down to where its supposed to be...in your stomach.
