So i started to do sit-ups today. If I do this every day, can I get nice looking abs (like a 6pack)?
Have any of you ever done something like this? Did it work well? What was the outcome?

Hey, im 13 too, and i try to do sit ups as much as i can too, as well as listen to all the advice on the internet blah blah blah but i obly got a very small six pack, i have only been doing them for like 2 months, so i guess you can, but you need a lot of determination, focus and concentration, and yes after a while you will see results. But, we are quite young, so it may take longer.

I've been working out near everyday for 3 years now. I have beastly muscles, you will eventually get ABS. Try switching up the exercises. I'd also suggest planks. Great for your abs. Hope this helps:D

Watch what you eat too. It's 50% exercise, 50% diet really.
