How do i trick my parents to think that i'll behave and won't drink too much....i tried everything but it didn't work and they aren't sure about letting me go with my friends

This has never been a problem for me myself, but I'd just suggest being honest with them be upfront about the fact that you're drinking but won't let it get out of control, maybe offer a midnight text or phonecall so they can check?

However you say trick implying you won't behave and it's this attitude that will be why your parents aren't very keen, they've been teenagers themselves they'll have seen new years parties which are traditionally the worst. So even if they do say yes and you lied and come back far worse than just a little drunk they probably won't let you out again all too soon, just something to think about.

They know that i'm going to drink....but they don't want me to drink to much.
To my mom 4 beers is too much...

Keep insisting to them that you will behave yourself. If your parents still refuse, that is how the cookie crumbles. They only want what is best for you, and if they feel that it is in your best interest to not go to the party, they will not let you.

Louise gave a perfect idea. Call them every hour so that they know you are not under the influence. Start showing how responsible you can be towards your parents. Have conversations with them, show them how trustworthy you can be.

i'm not very responsible, i lost my ID...because i was drunk

I talked to them, i promised that i'll behave and call them everyday, and they let me go....
