I'm currently 13, and I masturbate almost every night. I dribble when I ejaculate, and I never shoot. Is that normal to never shoot? Is there anything I can do to cause it to shoot? Or is there just two different types of people? I really don't know. Is that ability gained as you get older? Any answers would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Yes. At your age and most likely stage through puberty it's perfectly natural to not be 'shooting' yet, in fact not everyone can.

2. Sort of - some can, then develop it. Others can't and don't.

Everyones different. Sometimes if you wait a while you can shoot. Its not really a directly related age thing, but I found this to be true.
