This is the first time I'm putting my problem out there. I cut today and I promised myself I wouldn't do it again. But I feel so utterly alone. I know I'm damaged goods and that my baggage is too heavy for lots of people to handle. So most of the time in my attempt to maintain normalacy I tend to fold in on myself and the urges become too much. I hate that I can't turn to anyone. Feeling like a burden makes the pain that much worse.

How do you carry on existing when you know you make everyone around you unhappy. Sometimes I wish I could just feel welcome.

you know you can always talk about your problmes on VT :) thats why its here...ypu are never alone...there is always somebody out there who would give anything to help you...cutting is actually never the option...i know i still do it...but its never the option...rather do other things..have you herd about the rubber band thing around your wrist? :) that works great to resist the urges! wel good luck! try not to cut...:) if you need help PM me :)

Don't put yourself down. I'm very proud that you decided to share this with us. I know it hurts to get sucked into cutting again. If you quit once before, you can do it again. Just try harder, fight the urges. There are so many alternative solutions other than the blades. You and I both know that. If you feel depressed and agitated, don't feel afraid to discuss about it with us. We are all here to help you. I know from experience, I was able to quit for good, and I know that if I can do it, so can you. I have faith in you, don't feel bad. Whatever problems you have, let's try something other than the blades to deal with them. Don't feel alone, you have us. :)
