I've not yet started puberty...

I'm finishing up 10th grade in a 2 weeks also, my birthday is 3 days after schools out for the year.

I'm thinking about asking my parents if I can see a doctor but wouldn't this be embarrassing? How should I approach them?

If somethings wrong with me, what should I expect someone to be able to do about it? How long will it take?

First of all, this is only kind of uncommon. It doesn't mean that you won't go through, just on the upper end of a late bloomer. Have you had ANY signs of puberty? Hair anywhere? Voice? Growth spurts? If you can't find any evidence that you have started, then I would tell my parents or a doctor.

It doesn't really even need to be a parent. If you happen to be going to the doctor for a physical or anything, ask him then. For me, it's easier to ask those questions to people I don't really know or regularly associate with. If you were to want to ask your parents, just casually bring it up. Maybe it would be easier to tell only 1 parent instead of both, and then have them communicate about it not in your prescence. Just take them aside and say "Hey, mom/dad, I'm not all too sure my puberty is going like it should be. Maybe you could take me to see a doctor?" That will likely evolve into a slightly embarrasing conversation, but there is really no way around that.

Hope all turns out well, and I wouldn't stress about it too much if I were you. Stress gives you acne. :)

My voice is definitely different than it was when i was 10/11. I have no public hair yet, and I can not ejaculate. No armpit hair, no leg hair, etc. I really dont have any interest in sex or anything yet, my friends talk about girls and im like.. yea.. sure.. cool.. no, im not gay.

The only thing I can think of that might be a sign of puberty is two things.. I AM growing.. at 12 i was 4'10".. now im 5'4" My feet are also getting bigger.

My penis has gotten longer, Its ~4" hard now.

Its fucked up because I have my drivers license and i look 14ish. I CAN however, see over the wheel.

To me it sounds like you're just a late bloomer. Or just all mixed up in terms of stages. If you're really worried though..

You pretty much just sound like a late bloomer to me. I think your penis is growing, and you're also growing and changing in other ways too. Puberty's a bitch. I'd say at your next check up talk to your doctor about your concern with your development. Or if it's really bugging you, ask one of your parents if you can go to the doctor for a "private male" issue. It's easier to consult a doctor than a parent:
A) Because the doctor knows more about puberty
and
B) It's less awkward.
I felt really self-conscious about my development a couple years ago so I asked my doctor at the check up and he assured me I was coming along normally even though I didn't think I was. So it's way easier to ask your doctor.

you have experienced parts of puberty. so i don't think you need a doctor. however, you are probably just a late bloomer as they say.

ok so this is also wat im going thru ,,, yea i have hair on my legs and arms and around the "male private area" but none under my arms and im really short .. like 5 ft 2 or 3 " and im 16 soon and going to college ... also my voice hasnt broken yet or has a little but not fully and this is really annoying cuz its like carrying round a sign saying "make fun of me"

You should still see a doctor, you are problably in puberty but since you've got no hair it's prolly inharited or just the way you are.. I think you're going a bit slow, so if it really annoys you go do it.. And don't be embarrassed, they are your parents after all
